Penn O365 for Student Email

Starting in July 2019, students at Penn GSE will receive Penn O365 for student email. To setup and access your Penn O365 email account, follow the instructions below.

If you have already setup your Penn O365 account, you can access your email through Penn O365, available here or from the Webmail jump station on the Penn homepage (choose option Penn0365).

Initial Email Setup

Accepted GSE students will receive a Penn O365 Email account AFTER they have successfully created and registered their PennKey.

Please wait 2-3 business days after creating your PennKey and then follow the instructions below for accessing email.

How to setup your Penn O365 email account:

  • Setup your Penn O365 password here.
  • Wait 3 minutes for your password to register in the system.
  • You can now access your Penn O365 account at or from the Webmail jump station from the UPENN homepage by clicking Penn O365. (IMPORTANT: Your username for Penn O365 is where “pennkey” is your actual PennKey name.)

If you have waited 3 business days and you do NOT have access to your Penn O365 email please reach out to GSE IT
