Faculty & Staff Email

The Graduate School of Education provides email accounts to full-time faculty and staff at GSE (for information on student email accounts, click here). To establish an email account, you first must have a PennKey and PennKey password. Once you have setup your PennKey, contact us to create your Penn email address.

Zimbra

Accessing your Zimbra Email Account

The Zimbra Collaboration Suite allows you to manage your email, contacts, calendar, to-do list, and many account preferences such as vacation messages.  The Zimbra Collaboration Suite also allows you to share and manage resources of other Zimbra users. 

If you have a “Zimbra” email account, please login to webmail at https://zimbra.upenn.edu/.

Zimbra account services

You may manage various aspects of your account at the Zimbra account services page, https://services.zimbra.upenn.edu/accountservices/. The following is a list of options you may manage through the Zimbra account services page:

  • Forward your email to another address
  • Reset your local email password
  • Give others PennKey access to your Zimbra email account
  • Manage your spam filtering options

Exchange

If you have an “Exchange” email account, please login to webmail at https://mail.exchange.upenn.edu/owa/.
